Meet Our New Board Members
SJND is proud to welcome three new members to our 2017-2018 Board of Trustees!
Alicia Dlugosh-Trost ‘95
Dlugosh-Trost graduated from SJND in 1995 and currently serves as Chief Spokesperson and Communications Department Manager for Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), where she leads strategic communications, media relations, crisis communications and social media. Previously, she served as Communications Director and Press Secretary for California Senate President Pro Tempore Darrell Steinberg, as well as Press Secretary for Senate President Pro Tempore Don Perata '63. Dlugosh-Trost holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from University of California, Berkeley.
Andre Hill ‘72
Hill is a graduate of SJND, class of 1972, and a member of the SJND Athletic Hall of Fame, inducted in 1996 for basketball achievements. Hill has practiced law in California for more than 27 years. Currently a Senior Counsel, he handles all aspects of general civil litigation, with particular expertise in insurance defense, defending and advising pest control operators, rental equipment disputes, construction defect litigation, and trucking injury and premises liability. Hill earned his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where he was a Moot Court Distinguished Advocate and an Associate Editor for the UCLA Black Law Journal. He also holds a B.A. from California State University, East Bay, where he graduated cum laude in political science. Hill is a member of the Charles Houston Bar Association, the Association of Defense Counsel, the San Francisco Bar Association, and the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
Richard Soublet ‘65
Soublet is an SJND alum, class of 1965, and is semiretired from Kaiser Permanente. He currently serves as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant in Kaiser Permanente’s IT group. Previously, he managed human resources and organizational effectiveness for information technology teams at Kaiser Permanente and McKesson. Prior to that, Soublet held various HR roles at Clorox. Soublet studied organizational effectiveness at the University of San Francisco and is a decorated Vietnam Veteran.
